Help and contact

Wristvia support

Compatibility, prototype availability, setup help and a direct contact for Android and Apple Watch questions.

In brief

Wristvia is a development prototype with no public store download yet. For support, contact Tomas Norkus at tomasnorkuss@gmail.com.

Availability and requirements

No public App Store, Google Play or TestFlight link is currently offered. Early-access signup records interest; it is not an account, purchase or guaranteed invitation. No production subscription can be bought. The current development offer uses simulated billing; see pricing and trial status.

The Android build requires Android 13 or later and Bluetooth Low Energy; Health Connect writing requires Android 14 or later. The watch build targets watchOS 10 or later, but physical testing is limited to one Series 11 and one Honor phone. Keep the existing paired iPhone. Full compatibility guide.

Understanding the current setup

On the implemented setup flow, open Wristvia on both devices, scan the watch’s link code with Android, approve on both screens, complete the nearby Bluetooth check and confirm a test alert. Internet Backup is a separate optional approval; Wi-Fi credential sharing is another optional utility.

A fresh store-installed setup without a Mac has not been qualified. This page explains the prototype rather than offering public installation instructions. Do not erase or unpair your watch.

Feature help

Find phone has an audible-ring observation from an earlier test. Find watch on Android now leads with Open Apple Find Devices, which opens Apple’s site for its own locating sound. Wristvia does not receive your Apple sign-in. The quick Wristvia alert is separate and needs Internet Backup; it is not Apple Find My.

Contact and safe reports

Wristvia is run by Tomas Norkus. Email tomasnorkuss@gmail.com with your question, app versions, device/OS versions and a short description of what you observed. Replies are handled manually; no response time is promised.

Do not send private messages, health values, Wi-Fi passwords, link QR codes, encryption keys, push tokens, Apple credentials or full device registration files. If more diagnostics are needed, agree on a minimal, reviewed extract first.

Privacy and data requests

Read the app privacy policy, signup privacy notice and data deletion instructions. Those pages explain separate controls for phone history, Health Connect, device linking and email signup.
